Sara Jean, also known as SJ, brings over a decade of experience providing support to school systems across new teacher certification & induction programs, recruitment & retention practices, as well as science instruction & coaching.

SJ’s work centers on imagining what’s possible through design processes, strategic planning aligned to goals that motivates different stakeholders, and leading teams by empowering others to tap into their potential. She has deep experience in talent projects that focus on creating customized solutions to help education systems solve for long-term recruitment and retention challenges.

SJ has worked across the country alongside a variety of clients and partners including urban and rural districts, public and charter systems, state governments and local community organizations.
