As head of talent for Regeneration Schools, she built and implemented a data-driven, strategic plan to attract, select, and hire a diverse, highly effective workforce. Prior to that, Abby was at Teach for America. She oversaw the admissions to ensure consistent, high-quality, and equitable decision-making practices for the organization’s selection model and its 50,000+ applicants. She went on to serve as a certified leadership coach and consultant for senior programmatic leaders. She lives in Chicago with her family.
